Orders placed using a promotional code offering a discount (excluding the 10% welcome offer) can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
SWIMWEAR
All swimwear must be tried on over underwear. The hygienic protective strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. GIFT CARD
Gift cards are non-refundable.
RETURNS
We recommend trying all products upon receipt so that they can be returned within the designated timeframe.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. baliiwind.com is not responsible for undelivered return shipments. We encourage you to return products via registered mail or a trackable shipping method, as responsibility for returned packages rests with the customer until they are received by baliiwind.com.
