The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with their labels attached. If the goods are returned despite these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional cost.

Items that are on sale or purchased during a flash sale or promotion can only be returned with a credit note or exchange.

Orders placed using a promotional code that offers a discount (excluding the 10% welcome offer) can only be returned with a credit note or exchange.

SWIMMING POOL

All swimsuits must be tried on with underwear. The hygienic protective strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.

GIFT CARD

Gift cards cannot be returned.

BACK

We recommend that you try all items upon receipt so that you can return them within the allotted time.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. baliiwind.com disclaims all responsibility for missed delivery of a return. We encourage you to return your items by registered or traceable mail, as returned packages remain the responsibility of the customer until baliiwind.com has received them.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process refunds daily, but please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email informing you that our team has received your return, and another once it has been processed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
