Order processing times may be longer. It usually takes 6-12 business days*, but this may vary due to the COVID-19 situation, government decisions, and their impact on our operations. Processing times may also be longer during holiday periods.
We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped or if we anticipate any difficulties in fulfilling it.
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any undelivered order at any time and receive a full refund.

We offer express delivery service at a flat rate of $15.99; standard delivery costs $7.99 per order. Free shipping is available for orders over $60.

Currently, we accept credit card and PayPal payments. If you would like to use a different payment method, we will gladly accommodate your request!

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change your order, please contact us at support@baliiwind.com within 8 hours of placing your order. After this time, we will not be able to make any changes.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please contact us at support@baliiwind.com.

What is a pre-order product? Can I cancel a pre-order?

A pre-order product is a product that you order before it is in stock. You can cancel your order until it is fulfilled. To cancel your order, please send us an email to support@baliiwind.com.

I ordered a set that was available for pre-order. Will it be shipped separately?

We ship your order as soon as all products are available. If you would like to receive the available products before the pre-order items are ready, please contact us at support@baliiwind.com.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy.

Products must be in their original condition, with the return label and security seal intact. Products must not be used, washed, or altered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.

baliiwind.com offers a full refund (product price excluding shipping costs).

All returns can be sent to our return warehouse in the United States.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST?

Submitting a return request has never been easier!

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. To return a product, please send an email to support@baliiwind.com using the email address used for your order within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs for returned products, except for defective products. We also do not refund return shipping costs.

Upon receiving the goods, we will send you a new product or issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).

We are not responsible for the loss of returned products. We recommend sending returns by registered mail and keeping a copy of the tracking number.
