COVID-19-UPPDATERING

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers. That's why we've completely redesigned our production and distribution center to comply with social distancing recommendations and personal protective equipment guidelines.

What does this mean for you?

Processing times may be delayed. Typically, it takes 6–12 business days*, but this varies at present due to COVID-19 issues, government decisions, and their impact on our operations. Processing times may also be extended during holidays.
We will notify you as soon as your order has been shipped or if we anticipate any difficulties in processing it.
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund. We have updated our return policy so that you can cancel an undelivered order at any time and receive a full refund.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We offer express shipping at a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $6.99 per order. If your order total exceeds $50, shipping is free.

We currently accept payments by credit card and PayPal. If you would like to use a different payment method, we will be happy to accommodate your request!

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change your order, please contact us at support@baliiwind.com within 8 hours of placing your order. After this period, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. If you have not received it, please contact support@baliiwind.com.

What is a pre-ordered item? Can I cancel my pre-order?

A pre-ordered item is an item you order before it is in stock. You can cancel your order until it has been processed. To cancel, please send us an email at support@baliiwind.com.

I ordered a set that was available for pre-order. Will they be shipped separately?

We will ship your order as soon as all items are available. If you would like to receive your available items before the pre-order, please email us at support@baliiwind.com.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy.

The item(s) must be in their original condition, with the return label and protective seal in place. The item(s) must not have been used, washed, or altered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.

baliiwind.com offers a full refund (product price excluding shipping costs).

All returns can be sent to our returns warehouse in the United States.

HOW DO YOU REQUEST A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been easier!

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. To return an item, please send us an email at support@baliiwind.com using the email address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost for returned items, except for defective items. We also cannot refund return shipping costs.

Once we have received the goods, we will send you your new item(s) or refund your money (excluding shipping costs).

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of returned items. We recommend that you use registered mail for your return and keep a copy of the tracking number.

WHAT DO YOU DO IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

We do everything we can to ensure that all goods sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a problem with a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@baliiwind.com so that we can investigate the problem for you as soon as possible!
